However, our journey with Westcoast started long before then—Nick has been part of the team for 13 years, and Lindsay for 11 years. Together, we’ve grown with the company and are excited to carry forward its legacy as one of the most trusted independent estate and letting agencies in the region.

Westcoast Properties was established in 1995 and quickly became known for its expertise in property management and customer service. What began with a single office in Weston-Super-Mare has grown into a thriving network of branches, including Burnham-on-Sea, Portishead, Nailsea, and Patchway in North Bristol and out newest branch in Bishopston, in the heart of Bristol.
