Nicholas Webber FNAEA, MARLA, CPEA

Director

Nicholas’s estate agency career began in 1993 in Devon, where he made rapid progress to become a branch manager and in doing so gained valuable experience working in 4 different market places from coastal to the city. Through relocation, Nicholas joined Westcoast Properties in 2007 as a branch manager and the progressed to assisting with the running of the then 4 branch network and at the same time being appointed Associate Director. In 2015 Westcoast opened it’s fifth branch in North Bristol which Nicholas oversaw and in doing so become a Director of that branch. In 2020 Nicholas, along with Lindsay Pickles, successfully completed a management buyout to take overall responsibility of the running of the company.

Finance Director

Lindsay joined Westcoast Properties in June 2010 and was initially based in the Accounts Office in our administration hub in Weston-Super-Mare. Lindsay is fully qualified, with an accounts and customer service background. She demonstrates efficiency and good attention to detail which are imperative skills in our industry. In 2020 the opportunity arose for a management buyout of the company which was successful alongside fellow director Nicholas Webber. Lindsay’s passion for learning and ensuring the business is run smoothly and efficient is second to none and invaluable traits to have for the success of the company.

Nick Todd MNAEA MARLA

Associate Director, Portishead

Nick has many years of experience working within estate agency in and around the Bristol area since starting his career shortly after leaving school and now as a proud member of both the National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents heading the Portishead office. With a passion for customer service and a desire to deliver results helping Westcoast to become the areas first choice.

Rachael Yates MNAEA MARLA

Branch Manager, Nailsea

Rachael worked in the Estate Agency Industry for 9 years, starting as a negotiator and swiftly worked her way to management level in the local market. In 2003, Rachael left the Estate Agency Industry to have a family, during this time Rachael ran her own business. Rachael loves working within the Estate Agency Industry where she brings enthusiasm and a high level of customer service.

Helen Duthie

Branch Manager Patchway

Helen proudly has 20 years’ experience in estate agency in North Bristol. Helen started with a national corporate agency for 10 years and spent a further 10 years working with an independent agent, both times working up to a managerial level and working at a number of offices in the local area. She is very passionate about good service and giving the best advice. She lives locally in Patchway and can often be found walking her dog or helping out with the local scout group in Stoke Gifford.

Gavin Cox MARLA

Branch Manager, Burnham-on-Sea

Having lived in Somerset for almost 50 years, Gavin brings with him a wealth of local knowledge and twenty five years’ experience in both the sales and lettings aspects of the property industry.

During his career, Gavin has earned an excellent reputation with past and present clients built upon trust, integrity, his extensive market knowledge, attention to detail and complete devotion to ensuring his clients property needs are individually tailored, actively listened to and subsequently met.

I have been lucky enough to have worked in the lettings industry since 2013, during which time I have worked tirelessly with long standing clients to ensure the advice I provide not only gets them the best possible return on their investment, but also to ensure all clients have confidence in my ability to manage their expectations no matter how tailored they may be. To put your mind at ease further, I am fully qualified within the lettings industry as I hold Propertymark Qualifications (MARLA), ensuring the advice and guidance I provide follows up-to-date industry legislation. My dedication to maintain a personal relationship with clients is always at the forefront of what I do, and I would be delighted to work with you in the next stage of your journey.
